Memorial Building (Cap. 300) 
Reservations must be paid in full at time of booking.

• Weekends/holidays (Fri.-Sun. and holidays) - $950 
• Weekdays - $700
• Cleaning/damage deposit - $500
• Each additional hour(s) - $75
• Weekday rate for governmental agencies (8 a.m. to 5 p.m. only) - $150
• Parking - $5 per vehicle (weekdays), $6 (weekends and holidays), $10 (special holiday weekends - Easter, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Labor Day). Please note: credit cards not accepted at kiosks.

Discounted Parking Available for Memorial Building and/or Garden (pre-purchased passes only)

• $3 per vehicle (under 22 ft. long)

Processing/cancellation

• Processing fee - $10
• Cancellation fee:
  • Date/site change or cancellations prior to 21 days (picnic shelters) - $25 or prior to 90 days (Memorial Building/Garden) - $50
  • Date/site change or cancellations within 21 days (picnic shelters) or 90 days (Memorial Building/Garden) - Lose entire rental fee minus deposit

Facilities Information

• Available for 12-hour rental between the hours of 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Rental cannot exceed past 11 p.m.
• 2,866 sq ft. - 11 ft. ceiling
• Tables include 7 - 8 ft. rectangles, 14 - 5 ft. rounds, 25 - 12 ft. folding rectangles and 25 - 3 ft. card tables (Cake table is 5 ft. round).
• Professional-grade kitchen including double-door commercial refrigerator, gas stove, dual oven and chest freezer
• Elevated stage
• Amplifier-equipped for D.J., band or P.A. system
• Wood floors, acoustic-friendly walls
