THE MICKE GROVE EASTER EGG HUNT COMING APRIL 12 

Over 25,000 candy and toy-filled eggs will be ready for The Micke Grove Easter Egg Hunt on Sat., April 12, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The event will also feature kids crafts and games, face painting, food trucks and of course, the Easter Bunny. Gates open 9:30 AM, hunt begins at 11:00 AM (please bring Easter baskets). Pre-registration only, limited capacity. Event registration to open Mon., March 24 - link available on sjparks.com, Facebook and Instagram. Please note: Park will be closed to the general public from 8:00 AM to 12:00 noon.

NATIVE PLANT TRAIL AND VILLAGE WORKDAY MARCH 15

Come help us keep the trail weeded, trimmed and easily passable during the Native Plant Trail and Village Workday on Saturday, March 15 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Bring gloves and small hand tools if you have them. Volunteers are encouraged to wear long pants, closed-toe shoes and bring a lunch if you’d like. Those under 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. MOORING, FISHING DOCK CLOSED AT WESTGATE LANDING

Due to safety concerns, boat mooring is closed at Westgate Landing Regional Park. The park's fishing dock remains closed for repairs, although bank fishing remains available. Both areas are closed until further notice.
