Native Plant Trail and Village Workday
Come help us keep the trail weeded, trimmed and easily passable during the Native Plant Trail and Village Workday on the third Saturday of the month; June 21, July 19 and August 16, from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at Shumway Oak Grove Regional Park. Bring gloves and small hand tools if you have them. Volunteers are encouraged to wear closed-toe shoes and bring a lunch if you’d like. Sunscreen and bug spray are recommended. Those under 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Severe heat cancels - check Nature Center’s Facebook for updates. Email oakgrovenaturecenter@gmail.com for arrival information.
