Park Office Closed July 3, Parks Open

As America prepares to commemorate its 250th birthday, the San Joaquin County Park Office will be closed Friday, July 3. All county parks will be open, parking will be $6 per vehicle.

Visitors are invited to celebrate Independence Day at County parks beginning at 8 AM on July 4. Parking will be $10 per vehicle at Micke Grove Regional Park and Shumway Oak Grove Regional Park. To ensure a safe and enjoyable holiday for everyone, and to help protect park resources, fireworks and sparklers are prohibited at all County parks.

The Park Office will resume normal operating hours on Monday, July 6.

On behalf of San Joaquin County Parks and Recreation, we wish everyone a spectacular holiday weekend. Happy 250th Birthday, America!
